Taking inspiration from the ancient Greek word for ‘Earth’ (Γαία), our Chef serves pure, authentic food aligned with the energy of the mineral-packed soil of Kefalonia. Offering a blend of regionally inspired contemporary Greek or plant-based dishes, the emphasis here is on simplicity, healthy living, and full flavor.
We’ve nurtured a relationship with local farmers, producers, and winemakers, who we know by name, to create a menu that uses the best of local, seasonal, and organic produce. Some are also grown in our vegetable and herb garden.

Cancellation Policy:
- Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
- If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.
- If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date remaining balance is not refundable.

4. NO refunds are granted for cancelled or delayed flights. If your flight is missed/cancelled/delayed you will be responsible for transportation to the resort.
